Episode #55: How to make mouthwatering buckwheat muffins

Automatically when you see that buckwheat is a prime ingredient, it means we’re talking about something healthy. Buckwheat flour is low in fat and calories, and also contains protein plus a daily dose of minerals including phosphorous, manganese, copper and iron. So it is safe to say that if you replace regular flour with buckwheat flour, whatever your making will be automatically healthier.

That’s the main reason why we are showing you how to use it in these healthy food videos. For people that are paying attention to their diet and want to either get in shape or stay in shape, sometimes it can be hard to resist the cravings of unhealthy food. And honestly, you shouldn’t have to resist it completely because the key is in the balance and the quantity of whatever your eating and not in exclusion.

Other than that, these muffins are easy to make for anyone, not just athletes or people on a diet. If the two of us have a good time whipping them up, so will you!

P.S. – make sure to set a side a few muffins for breakfast the next day, it might give you some extra time for yourself in the morning and they go great with coffee :)
