A beautiful, sunny spring day inspired me to take my usual workout outdoors. All I took with me was a TRX, which I conveniently attached to a crossbar so I could do push ups, reverse push-ups and abdominal muscles exercises.
After that I practiced the so-called “spider man” in the open field which is an exercise that requires nothing but space and good will. Will these exercises I managed to incorporate several muscles including arms, abs, core and legs.
