Episode #58: Two amazing shakes every athlete should know how to make

Actually, everyone should know how to make them!

The banana shake has less ingredients but is just as yummy as the mixed berry shake. Both are rich in protein and can be consumed either for breakfast, as a snack between meals or even after a workout.

Do not worry if you don’t have your own protein powder, you don’t have to go and buy any. If you do have them this could be a great way to use them, but if you don’t the berry shake is just as tasty without the protein powder and for a good protein shake you need nothing more than the two bananas used in the first shake!

INGREDIENTS (Banana shake):

2x bananas
1 tsp of cinnamon powder
50 g (1.7 oz) flax seeds
50 ml (2 fl oz) of milk

INGREDIENTS (Mixed berry protein shake):

100 g (3.5 oz) of mixed berries (any kind)
50 ml (2 fl oz) of milk
90 g (3 oz) whey protein
15 ml (0.5 fl oz) of plain yogurt
